In the Mix Settings windows in the Mix Effects (§16.7)
and Multiple Effects (§17.5) main menus,
CHNG, and
CNTL CHNG
functions on the iNFiNiT! and MAX!> are
capable of emulating switchers.
These sections cover the default settings and the
CHNG
and CNTL CHNG functions for the different configura-
tions of the iNFiNiT! and MAX!> systems. It may be
necessary to enter the Mix Effects or Multiple Effects
main menus to assign specific buffers to specific chan-
nels in the following demonstrations. It also can be help-
ful to display either the Mix Effects or Multiple Effects
main menus while you are first experimenting with
CHNG and CNTL CHNG.
NOTE
The MAX!> must be equipped with
the optional second buffer in order for
CHNG and CNTL CHNG to be
operational.
