To set a numerical value in an arrow field, select or high-
light the field, then:
• Press
SHIFT CHAR + Î or Ï to increase or decrease
the value.
• Click on the
Î or Ï arrows to increase or decrease
the value.
• Press
CLR. Enter the value using the Address Key-
pad, then press

.
Negative numbers cannot be
entered using the Address Keypad.
To change a numerical entry by a value other than 1:
• Press
CLR. Enter the number on the Address Key-
pad, then press
SHIFT CHAR Î or Ï or click on the
Î or Ï arrows. The value increases or decreases by
the entered amount.
To toggle items
On or Off:
• Press the
SPACE BAR.

Before beginning this tutorial:
• Enter Message Compose, then load at least one font.
For this example, a 50-scanline, no edge font is
loaded into
Font Key 1. Type a few characters on
screen.
