The KEY column shows all of the Key ID numbers. Most
of the keys on the keyboard, with the exception of a few,
have from one to four Key ID numbers assigned to them,
which cannot be changed.
A key can have four ID numbers assigned as follows:
•
Key alone
• SHIFT + Key
•ALT + Key
• SHIFT + ALT + Key
Figure 18-12 shows how to determine which Key ID
Number corresponds to which keystroke combination.
WWW, XXX, YYY, and ZZZ designate the four different
Key ID Numbers assigned to this key.
