iNFiNiT! Family system software is supplied on ZIP car-
tridge. For information on configuring the ZIP drive, please
refer to page 2-51.
A License Manager scheme using a License Key speeds soft-
ware distribution. This software has been distributed on Zip car-
tridge, along with a 44 digit License Key. During the
installation process, you enter the License Key into the Disk
Utilities Site ID function. This License Key unlocks the pur-
chased software options for your particular system.
NOTE
This Software Installation Procedure is
different from previous software versions!
The License Manager implementation requires that you follow
a specific installation procedure:
[ ] 1. Boot from your normal Boot Disk (typically Drive
C.)
[ ] 2. Insert the v10.0 software distribution disk into the
ZIP drive (typically, Drive B).
[ ] 3. From the Program Loader, set up the ZIP drive:
• SETUP D brings up the Set Drive function
• Enter the ZIP Drive letter (typically B) when
prompted, then press

[ ] 4. Run Disk Utilities.
