To exit the Scale Box Adjust window:
• Press
Q or CNTL, or select Quit to exit and save
changes.
• Press
ESC to exit the Scale Box Adjust window
without saving changes.

After the Scale Box is set, the Scale Box Adjust window
must be exited as described above (
Q, CNTL or Quit),
then the Scale must be executed:
• From within the Scale Control menu, press
X or
select
Execute.
The
Y axis is scaled first, top to bottom, then the X axis is
scaled left to right. If the size of the box was not
changed, then the image is simply moved to the new
Crop Box location. No effect on image quality occurs
due to repeated alterations of the same image.
The screen is erased prior to each Scale execution. Only
the image contained by the Crop Box remains upon com-
pletion of the Scale execution. An image can be rescaled
as many times as necessary without image degradation.
To abort a Scale execution while in progress:
• Press
ESC.

To exit the Scale Control menu and save changes:
• Press
Q or select Quit.
To exit Scale Control without saving changes:
• Press
ESC.
All changes are lost if you exit Message Compose with-
out recording the new image as an RGB message.
