Assign an empty ID number to the Machine Font that
will be created:
• Press
CLR, then using the Address Keypad, enter an
ID number from
0000 to 9999 in the MACHINE
FONT
column. Press
(which automatically moves
the cursor to the next field), or cursor to the next
field.
If you do not choose an ID number, the system automati-
cally assigns the new Machine Font the same ID number
(if available) as the Master Font.
If an ID number that you or the system chooses is already
in use, the following message appears:

To overwrite the existing Machine Font:
• Press
Y.
To not overwrite the existing Machine Font:
• Press
N, then enter a new ID number using the
Address Keypad, then press
or cursor to the next
field.
