During or following Multi-Effects JPEG execution, the
following message may appear on the Prompts Line:
JPEG BUSY - MAY NEED FB RESET (CNTL 5). If this
occurs, or there appear to be flashing images or the like
on the Edit monitor:
Press
CNTL 5. This resets the frame buffer.

When running a JPEG Video and Key clip in looping
mode as part of a Multiple Effects execution, there is a
small possibility that the clip will stall for one or two
frames just prior to the loop point.
This may occur due to the time needed to:
Read the last group of frames from disk.
Seek the start of the file on disk.
Read the first group of frames from disk.
Since Video and Key are separate files, there are four
disk reads, and two disk seeks for the loop point, all
which can slightly hold up execution.
The following conditions can also produce the same type
of stall:
The Video or Key is complex near the loop point.
A Transform script is running in conjunction with a
clip in a Multiple Effects execution.
The Video and Key files are widely separated on
disk.
If a stall occurs, the user must change some or all of
the conditions above.
