To erase the JPEG image:
• Exit the Multiple Effects menu, then press
CNTL
ALT ESC

NOTE
The frame buffer in which the CMF or
JPEG executed does not reset after
execution. It is necessary to reread
the Multi Effects message in order to
properly re-execute the CMF or JPEG
using the DO key. CNTL X can be
used to execute Multi-Effects without
re-reading the message. However, as
mentioned above, the screen clears
before execution.
To halt CMF execution:
• Press
CNTL. The current frame of the CMF remains
on screen. Other effects will continue to execute.
To halt JPEG execution:
• Press
CNTL ALT ESC. Note that if other effects are
executing at the time
CNTL ALT ESC is pressed, the
JPEG may not stop. If this occurs, wait until the
effects are complete before pressing
CNTL ALT ESC.
When the JPEG halts, the buffer is cleared, the Multi
Effects menu is closed, and the Message Compose
main menu is displayed.
Multiple Effects messages can be recorded as usual.
They can also be read as usual from within the Multiple
Effects menu. Execute as described above.
