Note that if the Crawl contains a Single Row Crawl
where a message contains fonts that are of different
sizes, the largest font must be used in the first row of
one of the messages. For example, if there are four
Crawl messages containing fonts of sizes that range
from 40 to 180 scanlines, there must be at least one
character from the 180 scanline font used in the first
row of one of the four messages. The same consider-
ation applies to logo or RGB fonts.

This command is used to change the speed of a Crawl.
Speed can be specified at any point in the Crawl Control
Buffer List.
A
Speed command takes effect just before the message
specified in the Crawl Control Buffer List after the
Speed command crawls on screen.
Therefore, a
Speed command can be the last command
in a Crawl Control Buffer List, causing the final message
to be crawled off screen at a new speed.
