[ ] 4. Press CNTL to exit the menu. It is not
necessary to reboot for the changes to take
effect (except as noted in the note above).
The next step is necessary if changing from
Remote to Local mode:
[ ] 5. Use one of the following three methods to
disconnect WiNFiNiT! from the PC:
• Click the
Close icon (X) located at the top
right corner of the WiNFiNiT! window.
The WiNFiNiT! window will close.
• Click the
Close icon (X) located at the top
right corner of the application (e.g. Mes-
sage Compose) window. That window
closes, but the WiNFiNiT! window
remains open in the event you want to
quickly reconnect.
• At any point during WiNFiNiT! operation,
pull down the System menu of the WiN-
FiNiT! window, select
Disconnect, or
press
D.
If this step is not performed, the system
remains in
Remote mode.
