The Keyboard LCD (Liquid Crystal Display - iNFiNiT! and
MAX!> only) echoes some of the information in the status line
at the bottom of the Prompts Monitor. The bottom row provides
numeric values, such as keypad entries. The top row displays
shortened status messages and current font and color.
READ Keys
Surrounding the Address Keypad are keys that activate
various message reading formats, including SLOW
REVL (Slow Reveal), READ NEXT, and READ. DO
executes a Mix Effect from Message Compose without
returning to the Mix menu.
HOME
In edit mode, returns the cursor to the upper left corner of
the Safe Title Box. If pressed before ERASE, sizes the
cursor for the currently selected font.
COLOR/FONT
Picks up the color and/or font style of existing character
the cursor is on.
Cursor Keys
The
Î,Ï,Ì, and Í keys move the cursor around the
screen while in edit mode.
SHIFT CHAR,
SHIFT PAGE,
SHIFT ROW
Located below the cursor keys, these keys are used with
the cursor keys to move existing text around the screen;
or for scrolling lists, entering numeric data or toggling
through menu choices on the Prompts Monitor.
