2-row Crawl, and to crawl the recorded
message.

Home to return the cursor to the top row.

Rows 0 and 1 crawls, leaving Row 2, which is static,
positioned in the middle of the page.

You can also record the static row(s) in a separate mes-
sage, then display that message first before executing the
Crawl. Make sure that font height of the crawling char-
acters does not encroach upon the static image, as the
Crawl will overwrite that image.
