RGB Tools 21-14 Revision D
Size Enter a value, in pixels, from 2 to 250. Thickness of a
border or distance from the primary image in an offset-
image edge.
Offset Applicable only to offset edges. Represents the direction
of the secondary image in an offset-image edge. Choose
from upper-left, upper-right, lower-left, or lower-right.
Style Choose hard-edge, soft-edge, (opaque to transparent
drop-off) or soft-round (rounded corners) for a offset or
border edge. For offset-image, either soft-edge or soft-
round produces a soft edge where the RGB and alpha
components diminish as they move away from the object.
For image border, soft edge produces a soft border, while
soft round produces a softness on the rounded corners.
Using soft round with image border results in a two-pass
filter. In addition, no further edgings can be done since
this filter overwrites the saved image.
Color Select Select this icon to access the Palette. Choose one single
color from the 16.7 million palette color choices to apply
to your edge. The color keys are not used in RGB Tools.
Press
CNTL to exit Color Select when finished.
NOTE
An error message appears “COLOR

composite signal of the color you've
created exceeds 100 IRE.
