The following describes Tab Setup Utility fields and icons:
Field:
Current field number. Fields are numbered in the
order of their creation, starting with
0. Four let-
ters can also appear in this area to indicate set-
tings for this field:
F indicates the Col/Font icon
is selected;
K indicates forced upper case; T indi-
cates that
Auto Erase is enabled; and X indicates
that the external input function (for Intelligent
Interface) is enabled.
Col:
Current color assigned to the tab field. If the tab
field is assigned a color by the use of a
Color Key
or the COLOR FONT key, the Color Key label
appears in the
Col: field.
Font:
Current font assigned to the tab field. If the tab
field is assigned a font by use of a
Font Key, ALT
Font Key
, or COLOR FONT key, the Font Key
number appears after
Font.
Justify:
Indicates type of justification within the tab field:
None, Left, Right, Center, Decimal, Comma,
and
Numeric.
Tab Start (S)
Defines the left boundary of the tab field. The left
edge of the cursor lines up with this edge. The
fields are numbered from
0 to 199.
Tab End (E)
Defines the right boundary of the tab field. The
right edge of the cursor lines up with this edge. If
no tab field is specified, the field extends to the
right edge of the Safe Title Box or to the left
boundary of the next Tab Start, whichever it
encounters first.
Col/Font (F)
The color and font are set when the cursor is
moved into the tab field using the
TAB key. The
color and font are based on the character that the
cursor is over when the
TAB key is pressed.
