Font Create Utility 18-18 Revision D
To create a Font Conversion List:
[ ] 1. If currently not in Font Create, use the
MODE
SLCT
function (§5.2, §6.11) to exit to the
Program Loader menu.
[ ] 2. To load Font Create, cursor to the Font Create
icon, then press
or
SPACE BAR.
The Font Create main menu (Figure 18-2) is
displayed.
[ ] 3. Select a Master Font for conversion by using
one of the following methods:
• Enter the ID number of the Master Font,
which can be from
0000 to 9999 in the
MASTER FONT field.
• Press
CNTL L to access the Master Font
List Utility (§18.4.1). Select a Master
Font, then press
.
• Enter the Options window (§18.4.7), then
change the disk designation in the
MAS-
TER FONT DRIVE:
field (§18.4.7.1) to the
desired disk, then press
CNTL. Then fol-
low either Method A or B to enter the Mas-
ter Font ID in the
MASTER FONT field.
[ ] 4. Enter a Machine Font ID number of your
choice, from
0000 to 9999 in the MACHINE
FONT
field. The Machine Font is recorded to
the current drive and directory.
To change the destination directory and/or the
destination disk:
• Enter the Options window (§18.4.7), then
enter the new destination in the
MACHINE
FONT DIR:
field (§18.4.7.2). Press CNTL.
[ ] 5. Enter a Font Size, in scanlines, between
10 and
2000 in the FONT SIZE field.
