section. Both the STD and ITL tables
are already installed in the system
when you receive it from CHYRON.
You can customize a Character Placement Table to map
logos that have been converted to Machine Font charac-
ters onto keycaps that are easy to remember. For exam-
ple, a weather logo can be mapped onto the letter
W, and
a sports logo can be mapped onto the letter
S.

Font Cards illustrating the CHYRON Master Fonts are
supplied with the system. Each character in a Master
Font has its own ID number.
