Description (ACX Series routers) For ATM IMA pseudowire interfaces, the delay-buffer-rate specifies
the maximum number of ATM cells in the queue.
Options cps—Delay-buffer rate as an absolute rate in cells per second (cps).
Range: 1000 through 6,400,000,000,000 cps
