This command sets the external mixer's bias current.

Default 0.0 mA
Details
This function is available when Option 044/045 is installed for MS2830A.
This function is available when Option 044/046 is installed for MS2840A.
A value can be set per external mixer band.
When using High Performance Waveguide Mixer, the external mixer's
bias current is fixed to 0.0 mA.
Example of Use
To set the external mixer's bias current to 10 mA.
MIX:BIAS 10MA
