This command is not available in the following cases:

During the Spectrum Emission Mask measurement
•
During the Spurious Emission measurement
Frequency span cannot be set to 0 Hz when Signal Generator Control is
On.
Frequency span cannot be set to 0 Hz when the N dB Bandwidth
measurement function is On.
Example of Use
To set the frequency span to 123.456 kHz.
