Function
This command sets the FFT width when FFT Priority is selected, for the
sweep/FFT Switching rules during measurement.

Hz is used when omitted.
Default 40 kHz
Details
This command is not available for MS269x Series.
When a value other than 40 kHz or 2 MHz is set, the value is rounded off
to the smaller value and set.
This command is available only when FFT Priority is selected for Auto
Sweep Type Rules.
The specified width is used as the FFT width on a priority basis, but it is
automatically changed by the SPAN/RBW/VBW measurement
conditions.
Example of Use
To set FFT width to 40 kHz.
