Spectrum Emission Mask Offset Start Frequency Absolute Limit Level
Function
This command sets the absolute level upper limit of the offset start
frequency for Spectrum Emission Mask measurement.

Details
ABSolute1 sets the absolute level upper limit 1, and ABSolute2 sets the
absolute level upper limit 2.
