Trace Point
Function
This command sets the number of the trace display points. When Couple
Time/Freq. Domain is set to Off, each parameter is specified in
accordance with the already-specified frequency axis or time axis
measurement.

Details
This command is not available during the Spectrum Emission Mask
measurement or Spurious Emission measurement.
When Internal Signal Generator Control On/Off is On, the number of
trace display points is set to 201 points.
Example of Use
To set the number of trace display points to 2001 points.
