Marker Frequency (Time) Query
Function
This command queries the frequency or time at the marker point. As for
the delta marker, this command queries the frequency difference or time
difference between the delta marker and the marker specified by
Relative To.

Details
This command is not available during Spurious Emission measurement
and when Displayed Segment Mode is Auto.
