This command queries the frame trigger occurrence period.

Suffix code None. Value is returned in s units.
Details
This command is not available for MS269x Series.
This setting is shared by the trigger signal and gate signal. The same
value is also used when frame trigger is selected as the gate signal source
for gate sweep.

To query the frame trigger occurrence period.
