Function
This command sets the number of trace display points. When Couple
Time/Frequency Domain is set to Off, each parameter is specified in
accordance with the already-specified frequency axis or time axis
measurement.

This command is not available during the Spectrum Emission Mask
measurement or the Spurious Emission measurement.
When Signal Generator Control is On, the number of trace display points
is set to 201 points.
