Resolution Bandwidth Auto/Manual Query
Function
This command queries the On/Off state of the automatic resolution
bandwidth setting. When Couple Time/Freq. Domain is set to Off, each
parameter is specified in accordance with the already-specified frequency
axis or time axis measurement.
