Frame Sync Offset Query
Function
This command queries the offset time from the frame trigger occurrence
signal source input until the frame trigger occurrence.

Suffix code NS, US, MS, S
S is used when the suffix code is omitted.
Details
This command is not available for MS269x Series.
This setting is shared by the trigger signal and gate signal. The same
value is also used when frame trigger is selected as the gate signal source
for gate sweep.
Example of Use
To query the frame trigger occurrence offset time.
