This command sets the stop frequency.

Details
This command is not available during the Spectrum Emission Mask or
the Spurious Emission measurement.
When Signal Generator Control is On, the stop frequency range depends
on the frequency range of Signal Generator.

To set the stop frequency to 123.456 kHz.
