This command sets the carrier measurement bandwidth for ACP
measurement.

Range 1 to 1000000000 Hz
Resolution 1 Hz
Suffix code HZ, KHZ, KZ, MHZ, MZ, GHZ, GZ
Hz is used when omitted.
Example of Use
To set the inband channel bandwidth to 3.84 MHz.
