Details
This function outputs the measurement result at Spectrum Emission
Mask measurement performed lastly. It is possible to output the
measurement result in a state that the measurement has already been
done, and in a different style.
You can use READ command if you perform a measurement along with
starting a sweep again.
Return values of this function vary according to the result mode
(cf.
:SYST:RES:MODE
).

To obtain the peak value of the absolute power for SEM measurement
(n=10).
