Describe the setting parameters in the part enclosed between the
CommonParams elements. The description method consists in describing
the parameter name to be set in the Name attribute in the Attribute
element, and the setting value in Value. The parts in bold characters in
Table 2.17-6 are an actual setting example. Describe all other parts the
same as in Table 2.17-6.
Since the settings are done in sequence from the top, be careful about the
description order when setting parameters that have relationships of
dependence. Also, if a value that is either out of the setting range or that
cannot be set has been input, that setting is ignored.
