percentage. A value of 0 means that the value is not
a percentage; a value of 1 means that the value is a
percentage.

Cisco IOS CLI event and action commands. Only one event command is allowed in an EEM applet. Multiple
action commands are permitted. If no event and no action commands are specified, the applet is removed
when you exit configuration mode.
