PurposeCommand or Action
Configures the hello time for all MST instances. The hello time is
the time interval between configuration messages generated and
spanning-tree mst hello-time seconds
Example:
Switch(config)# spanning-tree mst
hello-time 4
Step 3
sent by the root switch. These messages indicate that the switch is
alive.
For seconds, the range is 1 to 10; the default is 3.
Returns to privileged EXEC mode.end
