Configuring the IP SLA Responder
The IP SLA responder is available only on Cisco IOS software-based devices, including some Layer 2 switches
that do not support full IP SLA functionality.
Follow these steps to configure the IP SLA responder on the target device (the operational target):

Switch> enable
Enters the global configuration mode.configure terminal

Configures the switch as an IP SLA responder.ip sla responder {tcp-connect | udp-echo}
ipaddress ip-address port port-number
