Recovery
When a diagnostic test fails, it may indicate a hardware fault, and may be evidence that the module cannot provide
reliable service. Send the diagnostic output to ARRIS Technical Support. If necessary, they will instruct you to replace the
failed card and to return it to the factory for repair.
