Purpose
Clears the flap-list.

Information
The all option is used to clear all flap list counts. Note that only the counts are cleared, the times and pre-flap states are not
cleared.
Parameters

MAC address of this modem
[<A.B.C.D>]
IP address of this modem

Clears all flap counts for all cable modems
[cable <slot |

Displays all interfaces for a given slot; specific interface; or slot/upstream port number [.logical channel]

Filters on the downstream for the DCAM slot/channel
[cable-mac <mac>]
Filters on the MAC identifier

Filters on the upstream for the UCAM slot/channel.logical channel

Filters on the IP address of the cable modem in the form A.B.C.D
