Purpose
Defines a User Security Model group.

To remove a User Security Model group, use the no option.

The name assigned to the SNMP group

Version level of security. v1= least security; v2=next level; v3=most security

V3 type (authentication, no authentication, privacy)

Defines read-only access or read-only to specified view
