configure router bgp * bgp always-compare-med

Purpose

Multi-Exit-Discriminator (MED) is not usually compared between routes from different autonomous systems.

Default Access Level

Command Syntax

configure router bgp [<int>] bgp always-compare-med

configure router bgp [<int>] bgp always-compare-med no

Supplemental

Information

This command enables such comparison. Default is disabled.

To disable the comparison, use the no option.

Parameters

[<int>]

Autonomous System (AS) number. Valid range is 1-65535
