Purpose
Specifies a cost for the default summary route sent into either a stub or NSSA area.

configure router ospf [vrf <name>] area <area-id) default-cost <cost>
configure router ospf [vrf <name>] area <area-id) default-cost <cost> no

Information
To remove the cost for the default summary route sent into either a stub or NSSA area, use the no option.
Parameters
[vrf <name>]
Name of the assigned VRF.
<area-id>
Identifier for the stub or NSSA area. The identifier can be specified as either an IP address or decimal value.
<cost>
Cost for the default summary route used for a stub or NSSA area. The acceptable value is a 24-bit number (0 to 16777215).
