Purpose
Sets the interval for the router advertisement beacon on the specified interface.

Valid range for the C4 CMTS is <17-18>/<0-9>[.<0-254>]
Valid range for the C4c CMTS is <17>/<0-9>[.<0-254>]

Maximum interval between IPv6 RA transmissions in seconds
<3-4>
Minimum interval between IPv6 RA transmissions in seconds. Default is 3 seconds.
