Purpose
Enables frequency agility on the specified port.

Information
To restore the Cable Access Module, use the no option.
Parameters
<slot/ch[.0]>
The upstream slot/channel[.logical channel]. It will assume lc=0 if needed and not supplied.
<1-40>
State Machine Index
[state <1-16>]
Manual trigger to force upstream channel to new specified state. Valid range is 1-16.
