configure interface cable-mac * ip rip receive version

Purpose

Sets the RIP version to receive. Currently, only RIP Version 2 packets are accepted on this interface.

Supplemental

Information

To disable receiving RIP V2 packets on this interface, use the no option.

Parameters

<mac[.s]>

The MAC identifier and optional sub interface.
