Purpose
Configures the rate at which protocol packets are sent from an FPGA to the processor.

Information
Packet throttling prevents or limits the impact of denial of service (DoS) attacks. The CMTS has the ability to throttle the rate at
which packets are forwarded to the SCM modules. Packet throttling for the SCM is indiscriminate: you can throttle the overall packet
rate but not individual packet types.
To disable SNMP protocol packets throttling, use the no option of the command.
Parameters
<0-20>
Chassis slot number
<num>
Number of packets allowed per second. Valid range is 0-65535.
[ipv6 <list>]
IPv6 Protocols <nd, dhcp, icmp, mld, tftp>
