Purpose
Limits the minimum amount of time between transmissions while an ARP cache entry is in the searching state.

Supplemental
Information
To reset the maximum number to the default value, use the no option.
Parameters
<msecs>
Minimum amount of time in milliseconds between ARP requests. Range is 100 to 86,400,000 milliseconds (one day) and the default
is set at 333 milliseconds.
