configure access-list {<100-199 | name>}
This command is used to configure Access Control Lists (ACLs). It will define an extended ACL to permit or deny traffic destined for
the RCM only. Traffic will be filtered base on source IP addresses only.

An extended ACL is assigned a number in the range of 100-199. A wildcard netmask allows an ACL to match multiple subnets. Each
subnet has its own netmask and deny/permit access rights. The host keyword is equivalent to a wildcard of 0.0.0.0.
If a condition is specified using the no option, the matching condition will be removed from the ACL. If the removed condition is the
only one for the ACL, the ACL will also be removed.
If the no option is used and no condition is specified, then all conditions and the ACL will be removed. When an ACL is removed, all
references to the removed ACL are reset.
Parameters
