IPDR CLI Commands
The following CLI commands are meant to serve as a summary of those commands that are related to the IPDR feature.
See Command Line Descriptions for additional information.
Note: The exporter must be disabled when changing configuration parameters.
Enable/Disable IPDR Streaming
When IPDR streaming is enabled, the exporter accepts connections from collectors and exports records as defined by the
C4/c CMTS IPDR configuration.
Note: Collector and Report Cycle counts are not cleared when disabled.
To enable or disable the IPDR streaming interface:
configure cable metering <enable|disable>
Set DOCSIS Mode
To configure the DOCSIS mode:
configure cable metering mode <docsis20|docsis30>
The default for the mode is docsis20.
Set UDP and TCP Port Numbers
The collector can request information about the exporter using the UDP query-port. It connects to the exporter sessions
via the TCP streaming port.
To set the port numbers:
configure cable metering [query-port <port> | streaming-port <port>]
The default port number for both UDP and TCP is 4737.
