configure logging history size

Purpose

Specifies the number of messages that will get stored in the history table.

Default Access Level

Command Syntax

configure logging history size <number of messages>

Supplemental

Information

Should the size of the logging history exceed the specified number of entries, new entries will overwrite the oldest entries.

Parameters

<number of

messages>

This number is the number of messages that will be stored in the history table. The default is 2000.
