configure cable spectrum-group * hop-period
Purpose
Defines the minimum period of time (in seconds) that must pass between successive state transitions for the particular state
machine state.

configure cable spectrum-group <sm_ID> hop-period [<sample-period>] no

Information
To reset to the default state, use the no option.
Parameters
<sm_ID>
The number of the spectral group and has a value from 1-40.
<hop-period>
The minimum period of time (in seconds). This value has a range of 1 to 3600 (which equals 1 hour). The default value is 1200
seconds.
