Purpose
This command is used to enable/disable token-bucket policing and shaping.

Information
The three possible combinations are:
 No shaping or policing (disabled, value = 0)
 No shaping, policing on (police, value = 1)
 Shaping and policing enabled (shape, value = 2)
To disable the policing of each service flow, use the no option.
Parameters
<slot>
The chassis slot in which the targeted downstream Cable Access Module resides. Valid range for the C4 CMTS is 0-15; valid range for
the C4c CMTS is 10-15.
<port>
The downstream port.
[shaping]
Delay non-conforming packets until they become conforming.
