configure ipv6 hop-limit

Purpose

Sets the default limit for router advertisements and all IPv6 packets originated by the route.

Default Access Level

Command Syntax

configure ipv6 hop-limit <int>

configure ipv6 hop=limit [<int>] no

Supplemental

Information

To restore the default, use the no option.

Parameters

<int>

The number of hop limits allowed. The default is 64.
